Hints & Tips for Facia Boards
Fascia brackets are secured with two 25 X 4mm non-ferrous round head screws. All brackets, except Industrial, feature an optional single screw fixing, using a 32 X 4mm screw. When fixing to cellular fascia; two parallel threaded screws which penetrate the rear face of the board should be used.
Guttering Installation Advice
- Guttering should be fixed as high as possible and the roof tiles should not project too far over the gutter
- Fascia brackets should not exceed 1 metre centres (closer in areas of heavy snow fall)
- Gutter unions outlets and stopends must have a fascia bracket fitted within 150mm of one side of the fitting. Gutter angles need a bracket on both sides.
